Poem oh Poem=)

Yesterday, I went to APD room for a poem competition. The competition was overall ok,but my performance was very bad. I forgot my script because I was very nervous.(macam masuk competition yg besar jer.) On the stage, I couldn't speak fluently because I was super duper extremely nervous. I think it is such a bad idea to join this competition. I joined this competition because of Dayana binti Nazaruddin from 2 Jujur! She forced me to join this competition after she wrote my name in the poem competition form. A day before competition, I tried to remember my poem bye heart. The tittle of my poem is Don't Quit. But.. on friday, I forgot all my script! When the teacher called up my name, I just simply read my poem. At that time, I heard a form 1 student said "Budak form 2 tu, baca je dia punya poem, lebih baik tak payah masuk". I felt very ashamed of myself and felt like hitting this boy! When the competition is over, I felt very happy because I don't have to remember this poem anymore, haha!But when I came back from school automatically I memorized this poem. I think I couldn't remember this poem because I was too nervous.

Don't Quit...

When thing go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you are trudging,seems uphill,
When the fund are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
Rest if you must, but don't you ever quit!

Don't give up though the pace seems slow,
You may succeed with another blow.

The silver think of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near, when it seems afar,
So stick to the fight when you are hardest hit,
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Millions thanked to Ummi and Along because they taught and trained me eventhough my performance was really bad.
I think next time, I should be more confident to join this competition. Hehe=)
